Welcome! My name is Mary Jo and I am happy you found me. I have been enjoying life in Knoxville, TN for the last 20 years and it has been an incredible journey since arriving. I have seen so much growth and it just keeps getting better and better.
In 2008, I decided to go to school and get my Real Estate license. I was working in radio while showing homes when I met my first buyer who is one of my dearest friends today. What an amazing job I have!
My passion lies in walking along side of first time home buyers as they begin a new chapter in their life. They are always excited, unsure of the process, and usually full of fear. And that is where I come in. Sharing the journey with them and educating along the way makes the process an experience I hope they will never forget. First time home buyers have a special place in my heart but I am here to here to assist any and all! This year I started "Southern Sass Home Staging and Design, LLC" and have absolutely loved staging and decorating homes for my clients.
I dream big and live as fully as I can. I recently purchased the Blount County territory and am now an EXIT Franchise Owner!!!! I am blessed to have 3 beautiful daughters and 4 wonderful grandchildren. I am an outdoorsy kind of gal with a love of any place near the water! Boating, fishing, and hiking are my "have to's" once spring hits and I usually don't come back inside until winter!
